Message from the CEO
I believe that a person's past should never determine the rest of their future. Everyone deserves an opportunity to grow, make positive changes, and rebuild their life with dignity, purpose, and hope.
I founded The Ready for a Change Foundation Inc. because I recognize that individuals transitioning from incarceration, as well as those already living in our communities with felony convictions, often face barriers when trying to move forward. Finding stable housing, meaningful employment, educational opportunities, and the right support system can make a significant difference in a person's ability to become independent.
My vision is to build a foundation that does more than offer temporary assistance. I want us to create real opportunities that encourage accountability, personal development, stability, and long-term success. I also believe that meaningful change begins with compassion, understanding, and community involvement. We cannot expect individuals to rebuild their lives without providing opportunities and resources that support their efforts.
Through partnerships, education, mentorship, and community support, our goal is to help individuals recognize their potential and take meaningful steps toward a better future. As Founder and CEO, I am committed to building an organization that operates with integrity, fairness, respect, and accountability.
